Anyone here own one?
I have some interest. Having issues finding a decent nights sleep lately and have given some thought to buying one. |

Quoted: I can't STAND mine! Wife loves it so i loose. I like a firm place to sleep...the floor is fine for me so my side is most of the time close to maxed out. She likes it soft...bout a 30...less some times. I end up rolling into the "pit" as i call it. YRMV how loose are you? |

I slept on a tempurpedic at a relatives house.
I must say it "cradles" you in any position you lay in. There isn't the pressure on certain contact points like a regular mattress. My issue is it is frikkin' hot. There is zero breath ability. I know this sounds like a bunch of whining to a lot of folks here with much worse sleeping arrangements...... I'm getting old. |

I'd like to know too. Also those Tempurpedic beds as well. I bought the Tempurpedic Cloud in a Queen size this January and LOVE IT. Bottom line is I fall asleep faster, sleep sounder, and feel more rested. That's not to say I never have a somewhat restless night, stress from work can do that. But what I can say is I'll never go back to a spring mattress again. I love my new bed. PS - I was really worried about the "heat effect" because I cannot sleep if I'm hot. However, no problems. I keep my AC on 76 and have a fan in the bedroom and I'm never hot. |

We had a sleep number (model 5000) for 5 years. Initially, it was better than our really shitty mattress, but towards the end, we couldn't stand it anymore. Could never get the right number.
Went and bought a Tempur-Pedic Celebrity Bed and we both love it. Had it a year now and it's still great. Wouldn't trade it for anything. Conversely, my parents have a Select Comfort and they love it...So who knows... It's a lot of money, so try them out. I know Tempur-Pedic will let you try it for 90 days, and you're only out shipping if you send it back... |

Tag. I own a mattress store and will soon be signing a dealer agreement w/ ComfortAire (the originator of the selectable air mattress; the guy that started Select Comfort used to work at ComfortAire and took their idea and started his own company). There has been some demand for them in my area, and I hope they do well (also I'll be selling them at a HUGE discount over the SelectComfort beds Speed |
| I had a huge smile on my face when I set mine on fire a couple years ago. I liked it for the first 3-4 months but after that it was always sunk in in the middle and I always had a sore back. I put up with it for almost 4 years. Bought a good sealy and sleep much better now. |

Love our sleep number. Going on six years now, zero issues. Wife calls it our 'magic bed'. I think my side is set about 65 right now. Never heard the mold thing before, but humidity ain't exactly an issue around here. Give it a go, I think they still have the 90 day free trial period.

I've had one for about 9-10 months now and finally got exactly where I wanted it 2 months ago. My wife(who it's mainly for) loved it from day one and her body aches have decreased a lot... she doesn't wake up stiff or in as bad of pain from her ailments. I'm sleeping a lot better now that I got it the way I want it. But one I do hate... froze my ass off in it last winter, that bastard is COLD! |

Love ours, we have the 7000 series with the memory foam on top, I am a 45, wife is a 25. Daughter sleeps on a 5000 series, her's is the older type with the wired remote and "loud" fan type air unit, ours is the quiet compressor type unit.
Edited to add we have had it for 2 years. |
