I'll roll with a solid 10 for a score.
I am surpised the tenderloin side of the steak held out structurally for the duration of the 'cook' I would have given it a 10% chance at best of holding the weight of the T-bone / Porterhouse hanging like that. Pierced through the New York side I would have no fear hanging over the fire. I love a good steak. Only downside I see is not being able to properly sear it to seal in the steaks juices. |
| I don't get it. You drove out there in your car and then cooked a steak on a stick? Why? Now, I'm not bagging on you. I love to drive somewhere and camp.....even by myself. Very peaceful and relaxing. But why not throw a freaking plate and fork into the back of your Subaru ? |
