Went out to a little place called Skate Creek by Mt Rainier this weekend by myself for some fly fishing and quiet. Took a dinner pic for you all! Please be gentle.

No forks, spoons or any of that sissy shit! Got my XD9, Mossberg 930SPX, Cold Steel Trail Hawk, and CRKT M16 handy to prevent any type of Bigfeet rapeage.

T-bone was doused with Dillo Dust, corn was roasted and the Sailor Jerry and Coke was strong!

You would have received a 12/10 except you stuck the stick through the filet side of the T-bone.  Final score 10/10.

An easy 10/10 if there ever was one.

[ETA] I suggest you hunt down the first person that whines about your lack of a napkin with a spear while wearing a loincloth - keeping with the tribal theme...

10/10.  Only because I can't eat solid food right now and I'm starving.

I'll roll with a solid 10 for a score.

I am surpised the tenderloin side of the steak held out structurally for the duration of the 'cook'

I would have given it a 10% chance at best of holding the weight of the T-bone / Porterhouse hanging like that.

Pierced through the New York side I would have no fear hanging over the fire.

I love a good steak.

Only downside I see is not being able to properly sear it to seal in the steaks juices.

Very classy.  Whood a thunk to do that.  Everyone else cooked in their kitchens, put food on table and some even had the audacity to have a napkin handy.  You did it right!  Ding ding DING......we have a winner!

I don't get it.  You drove out there in your car and then cooked a steak on a stick?  Why?  Now, I'm not bagging on you.  I love to drive somewhere and camp.....even by myself.  Very peaceful and relaxing.  But why not throw a freaking plate and fork into the back of your Subaru ?

i really do want to give 10/10   but i cant

gotta knock one off for the plastic cooler and the car

ruins the mood

should have been a horse instead of car and stone to eat off
of instead of the cooler.
