I used to keep my mouth shut about those recieving "help" on taxpayer dime who i know for a fact squandered their money when they had it good.  in the past two eyars i stopped doing that.

Shame has been lost in America and that is a lot of our problem in my opinion.  People feel it's dignified ad entitled to live on someone elses money. A lot of the reason they feel that way is because society doesn't tell them otherwise.

So do the person and your country a favor and when you know someone who would be secure  in this recession if they had saved their money instead of buying a bunch of shit they didn't need, tell them what a fucking loser they are for making bad decisions that led them to this point in life.

Somewhere along the line shame has disappeared from being dependent on others. We need to bring shame back.

The policies of the democratic party essentially boil down to this:

- Punish responsible behavior.

- Reward irresponsible behavior.

the real shame is that you let your money be looted and given to them in the first place.

and really how can you fault them when the consensus up to this point has been that those bad decisions are the right way to go?

yer nobody w/o a credit score and to get one ya gotta use credit and have debt etc....

you know yesterday i was behind sgt. earlman at the grocery store and someone said some condescending shit to him about him using the ebt card.....which belonged to his mother for whom he was shopping. if he hadn't been a bigger man he'd probably have punched that old bastard in teh face....

and if he'd had done so i'd have laughed and stepped over him.

A gun is a tool, Marian; no better or no worse than any other tool: an axe, a shovel or anything.

A gun is as good or as bad as the man using it. Remember that.

I had a guy that was bragging about drinking a starbucks energy drink paid for by food stamps in my computer class. I called him out on it in a not so quiet way. The whole class was looking at him after they heard what I had to say about it. He was looking down. I don't think he looked up for the rest of class
