I'm putting together a period of instruction and need a few photos of/relevant to doing M4 mag changes: tactical, combat, speed, retention, whatever you call it.

I've done a pretty thorough Google image search, using multiple different search parameters, without much success. Any contributions would be appreciated.

Sounds like a good opportunity to practice your mag changes and have someone take pictures.  Sorry, I had some similar pistol pictures but I must have deleted them.

Same as for an AR only bigger.

It's too hard to run and gun and take pictures of myself.

ETA: check youtube and take screen shots. More than likely you are going to have to pull stills from a video anyway.

My best suggestion is to cruise the AAR threads from carbine classes.

I came across some good stuff on Youtube once.  Sorry but I don't remember the keywords.  Try M-4 or AR-15 training and that would get you in the ballpark.

You can also find some pretty good malfunction drill stuff on Youtube.

Disclaimer: I said "some" of it is good, not "all" of it.

Lot's of stuff on youtube.  I'd be on the lookout for guys like Travis Tomasie for reload related stuff.

I'd be interested in what you find.

I just picked up a chest rig and am totally lost on the proper way to do AR reloads from a rig like that.

I seem slow as fuck.
