Has anyone tried TRX Suspension training? Using gravity and the lack of weights is intriguing. Usually any workout product like this is gimmicky, but I could actually see myself enjoying using it..anyone have first hand experience?

Start slow. Even though you "think" you are doing an upper body workout one day, and a legs the next, you are doing deep core BOTH days.
Feels like my core muscles were torn up from my gut down. Also, don't smack your face off the ground doing the pushups! It is not a BS workout. But, like all workouts, it only works if you use it. (I feel like I am OK to start again after 4 days off...) |
