Nixon.
Seems to me he wants to Federalize the public schools. And pour YET MORE money down that rat hole. NOWHERE does the Constitution authorize the Fed gov't to fund / control the public schools. |

Nixon, like Bush, had a habit of selling out his base for transitory popular support. Then in the end the same liberals he courted ended up driving him from office.
