Reliable source, or a left slant? I'm in a discussion with someone about how many days Obama has spent on vacation. The article says that Reagan, Bush Sr and Bush Jr all spent more days on vacation than Obama. What is the hivemind's consensus? |

Reagan and W both spent a lot of time working on their ranches. Workign at being POTUS, that is.
Obama spends lots of time at parties, golfing, fund raisers, and travel. Flying in a pizza chef (lots of CO2 burnt for that pizza), Ms Obama flying to Spain and taking up 30 rooms in a hotel, fancy Kobe beef, etc. Obama is a slacker. |

Quoted: Factcheck has huge ties to the Annenburg Foundation and Bill Ayers. Do the math. ![]() They actually proudly stated Annenburg, as proof of their conservativeness... President Reagan, in 1981, spent all or part of 42 days away from the White House "on vacation" at his home in Santa Barbara, Calif, according to Knoller. President Reagan and his wife, Nancy, also spent three or four days around New Year’s Day each year in Palm Springs, Calif., at the home of philanthropist Walter Annenberg. (In 1993 the late Mr. Annenberg founded the nonpartisan Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania, which is FactCheck.org’s parent organization.) |
