It is 2:46 am and I am still awake. WTF. Shit happened yesterday too. Went to bed at 10 pm wokeup at 12am and could not go back to sleep. Went to work at 5am. Worked all day come home do the home stuff and then bed at 10 pm, and up at 12am again. I know there is a lot of shit going on right now but for fucks sake I need to get to sleep and it just aint fucking working. So now that my shitty mini rant is done what the fuck should I do. I mean Fuck I have tried everything, except drinking my self unconscious. Fuck

Melatonin.  Be careful with it and start off with a small dose and work your way up each night until you find what dose is good for you.

I'm in the same boat, except I don't have to go to work, I just have a bunch of stuff to do tomorrow.

Sucks. I typically just go lay on the couch so my tossing and turning doesn't wake up the wife.

I have a bad habit of running through my "to do list" mentally to make sure i do it in the most efficient way possible. It wouldn't be a bad habit if the mental run through was over before my head hit the pillow.

Maybe I need to start writing stuff down before bed..... hey look, self therapy at 3:30am....
