| I have the option to buy a 1997 ford f150 xlt supercab 4x4 170k 4.6l triton v8 from a friend for $700 ive seen the truck driven daily for the past two years ,but it is beat up and needs some TLC.I was gonna get mainly as a beater to and from work.Any known problems to look out for?.Any help from the ford guys would be appreciated. |
| Yes thats exactly why im considering it!I just drove it,RATTLES- 4 wheel drive works -no AC-lots o dents-RATTLES -aaaaaaaaaa did i mention it rattles LOL the thing is i really dont need it,but it wpould be useful to have a truck and it is cheap.I think im gonna buy it |
