My dog just killed and in the process got bit by a squirrel that could not run like some thing was wrong with its back legs and kinda hopped in the air a bit instead of running and was holding its head weird. After my dog had almost killed it and I got her away i saw that it could use its back legs still. Should  keep the dead squirrel for some test? Also my dog is up to date on her rabies shots.

Here is a Pic of the little girl

I'd say keeping the squirrel for a couple days (frozen, in a sealed bag that no-one will open) wouldn't hurt - and might help - though I doubt you have much to worry about.
Come to think of it, though... you're probably more at risk by handling the squirrel than your dog was by catching it. So I'd use gloves, and wash down afterwards.

I wouldn't see a vet, though, unless the dog started showing symptoms.

FYI - I am not a medical professional.

After I got her cleaned up I do not actually think she was bitten.  I think it might have been all squirrel blood

If Im not mistaken, a squirrel is a rodent. A rodent very rarely is found to have rabies.

Got that from my ex who is a....Veterinarian

I dont think there would be a reason to keep the tree rat.

Earlier poster is correct. Rabies rare in rodents. Good reminder to keep your dog current on Rabies vaccine though!

I wonder why it was acting so weird then. It was right by a tree and could not manage to climb it and actually fell off from about 2 foot up. When it ran it was kinda bounding flailing motion.

It may have been injured causing it to act weird. If you do keep it for testing keep it in the fridge, once it goes in the freezer a necropsy is useless as all the cells and tissues are pretty much ruined by going into the freezer.

Sounds like the squirrel might have been  poisoned.Your dog didn't eat the squirrel,he should be fine.

It shouldn't cause paralysis, but tularemia should be put on the list.
