Depends on your State. Multiple ones will get your license revoked and I believe in our state, 2 will get you a ban for 5 years or so. [can't get one in that time either]

A relative blew over .30 after an accident a couple of months ago. That's a Misdemeanor 1 (at least here) - he can't have guns or a CCW. I bought them from him.

Supposedly he can have them back after he completes ARD probation.

He can't go to Canada though.

I believe in AK, the third time's the charm, being a felony that is.  With that, all the usual games and prizes that come with a felony are in place, no guns etc.

Only if it's a felony, lawyers suck because they charge so much, but if they get you out of a felony, they're worth it.

Check your state laws. I believe in VA it will, but I'm not sure. I don't drink much anymore so I haven't been concerned with finding out. IIRC, the application asks if you've had one in the last two years.

In Texas you'll lose your CHL if you are convicted of a Class B misdemeanor or above. Your first DWI is a Class B.

I seem to recall that DUI was frowned upon for UT applicants, and recall a mention of it in regard to GA applicants, but I can't recall if that was old, current, or related to the bill that passed or the bill that was vetoed... :-(

It depends on the particular state you live in because concealed carry laws are state laws.

That being said, it should affect it in every state. If you are retarded enough to do something stupid like drive drunk, you should lose it for a while.
