I got a certificate from an appleseed shoot for joining the CMP. What else will I have to do to join? Thanks.

i didnt know you had to join the CMP.

You need proof of taking a marksmanship course (like Appleseed, or LEO/MIL training) and to be a paying member of an approved gun club.

that still isnt joining. they are requirements to order from them.

You don't join the CMP, you qualify to purchase stuff from them.

Join the Garand Collector's Association and you'll be good to go.
