I got slammed the last time I did this, but I am just to lazy to upload seperate pics. Forgive me.
Fresh caught Black Drum. The fish was broiled with Vidalia onions, butter, sea salt, garlic and paprika. Served with seasoned orzo, silver queen corn, asparagus, and home brewed brown ale. Turned out to be a very pleasing meal.
