I just ordered the Surefire M4 Devastator for 254.96,will I be disappointed?

You would be better off with a malkoff device and a maglight, way cheaper and better IMO

Pretty bright but it will eat C123's.

maybe... I got a little LED light that puts out 145 lumens, while my M3 has only 125...

The LED lights have come a LOOOONG way... plus the M series lights haven't seen much updating for a few years..

I keep the 250 lumen bulb in it. It can be very handy.

I'm not judging or criticizing, but if I just spent 300 dollars on a fucking flashlight, my wife would probably ram it up my ass as soon as she found the reciept. If you have that kind of cash, God bless you brother, but if you use it with any frequency, I honestly suggest you spend at least as much to stock up on cells.

I'm not sure about the M4 but I really like my M6. I don't use it a lot but when you need lot's of light it's great.
