Got this little SOB last night while I was weed eating. Struck at my dog at least twice that I saw, when I went to call her off she just turned and looked at me for about 15 seconds. Her 18 inches from the snake and looking at me instead of him

ETA: You can't ask for ID just because you suspect it is an illegal immigrant snake. You need probable cause.

I would worry about the snakes wrapped around your dog.

also, you might want to get your dog the Rattlesnake vaccine at your vet

I know he didn't get bit yet, but that stuff helps them handle a future bite better
