I have been trying it for about 6 weeks. I'm not doing the WoD b/c I'm starting with a pretty weak upper body, but we've been ramping up. It kicked my butt for the first 2 weeks, but I am getting comfortable with it. I like it a lot better than pure weightlifting, b/c the exercises are more generalized and work more than 1 muscle group at a time. |

We did it once last year to help show our crew the benefits of it. Our crew PT's every day (mostly running) and when we got there and saw all the hot house wives we figured it would be a breeze. Well about a 1/4 the way into the class it/they started kicking our ass. Our entire crew finished behind the ladies and to rub it in they were encouraging us at the end. "good job guys, keep it up." etc etc. I have respect for them and that class now ![]() |
