Alright gang, TxBird and I are planning (and when I say we, I mean Mrs. TxBird and Mrs.96Ag) a Spring Break trip for next year. We are looking at taking the families to Big Bend National Park since none of us has ever gone and my boys are old enough to enjoy the outdoors. Now, never having been, I was hoping to get some advice and thoughts on where to stay and what to do while we're there with an emphasis on where to stay.
The park lodging is already filling up so we are looking to move pretty quickly. Also, have there been any border issues in the Big Bend area? Most of what I see on the news is further to the east or west with nothing really going on in the area. If that is incorrect I would like to know. Thanks. I also posted in the HTF. |
