| Wife had internet connection problems. Not only did the knucklehead off-shore not get her reconnected, they shut off our acct at our 2nd residence. It wasn't until many calls over the course of 4 days that I was able to talk with American support & the problem got solved. We spend >$4k on wireless, hdtv, internet, etc & I was expecting better customer support. Not gonna get that support unless you demand to speak to tech support in the states. Fuggers. |
