Ok I ordered something from bestbuy, i returned it, and got a refund a week or two ago.
Now i saw i had extra cash so i spent it, and I was looking over my monthly statement and it appears they gave me the money back twice. I have not contacted them yet, but i dont have the money right now to return to them, and im afraid they are going to automatically pull it out and im oing to get hit with overdraft charges. Im sure they still have my card number. So can they charge me for that money back without telling/asking? |
| Yes they can take it back without telling you and, no, it isn't your money anyway. They will find out about it and I strongly suggest finding some way of getting that money back in there for them. It is situations like this that prove the importance of keeping a reconciled account ledger. |

Im just hoping they dont take it back before i get there, and they are already cloased for the day. |
