I would think that enforcing immigration laws would be constituional. If they try to say that states may not do so, would that not open up the feds to being sued by the states for not doing it themselves?

Anyone not fucking retarded can see the fed does almost nothing to secure our borders and enforce immigration laws, if they were forced to do so by court order that would be fine.

The worst part is - even after signing these two MAGNIFICENT laws in the past two weeks, we STILL have Arizona folks on this forum who WILL NOT VOTE FOR JAN BREWER because she's just not "perfect" enough for them!
