I'm wondering if the Tea Party will drive the RINO's (even those besides the "usual suspects") into the arms of the Dems?

In the past week, we're hearing about 'R's' negotiating with the Dems on Cap and Trade, Amnesty, the Wall St. Reform...Why?

I'm starting to believe that, since the RNC failed to co-opt the TP movement, they are taking a scorched earth policy.  I'm guessing that many were like me when Dick Armey showed up "leading" a TP group, I thought "WTF is that scumbag doing here?".  Same emotion with Pataki's Paul Revere commercial––that guy is a New York Republican.  They don't grow Conservatives in THAT greenhouse.  And, let's face it, do we need more than one hand to count the number of Republican Senators who can be counted on without hesitation to be unfailingly Conservative?

With the TP leadership and many members proclaiming independence––we'd just as soon throw out a RINO as a Lib, I'm wondering if the RNC'ers just said "fine, you don't want us either, we'll show YOU!".

Am I paranoid?

I don't think you are paranoid, some of RINO's are already backing out of repealing the health care bill. The bastards are probably trying to see which way the wind is gonna blow on the immiration reform, so they don't alienate any new prospective voters. I just wish some of these assholes would stand up for the principles that our country was founded on and quit catering to their biggest campaign contributors ( another prolem with no answer in sight).

I guess asking for a politician that has honor and integrity is just too much.
