Since we've been hearing for over a year now how the Tea Parties are angry racist rallies and protests fueled by the inflammatory right wing media monopoly what do you suppose the damage totals to public & property are?
How many times have the riot police been called into action to subdue the rioting caused by these events? What are the injury and death totals? Well what about arrest totals for violent protesters? How many hate crimes, cross burnings, and lynching have occurred at these events? Now what if we compared those the lets say the G20 protests or the WTO protests? Just some rhetorical points that could be raised that counter the narrative of angry racist tea parties. |

No violence at any of the tea parties I've been at. Only American flags, the Pledge of Allegiance, and the Star Spangled Banner. The craziest thing I ever saw at a tea party was a 9/11 Truther. ![]() The only documented violence at Tea Parties/Town Hall Meetings, have been by the lefties, the SEIU douches that beat that black dude for handing out flags, the one dude that literally had his finger tip (or finger?) bitten off at a tea party. With all the talk of violence and racism, theres not a single documented case that the lamestream media can produce! |
| The problem is they don't get it. It does not fit their republican vs democrat thing. Those who have attended the Tea Parties are sick and tired of the same old thing. Using taxpayer dollars to bribe fellow members to buy their vote pretty much sank the boat. As far as I'm concerned if you are an incumbent in Congress I'm voting to put you on the unemployment line come November. |

The truth doesn't matter. MSM is using the same tactics on the TEA parties that they used on Palin. They're not interested in the truth, they're only interested ruining the TEA party. Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile Please, it's not a TEA party, or T.E.A. party... it's not an acronym. It's a reference to the Boston Tea Party - an event. |
If the tea partiers ever do actually turn violent, it'll be hard to miss. All that's going on right now is a bit of earnest conversation. I hope it works. It's been a long time since we had the SHTF in my country and I hope it stays that way. Somehow I'm losing confidence that my wishes will reflect reality for long. |

I'm really wondering how that has escaped some people when they make the ridiculous claims that they do. ![]() |

I've been to the last three tea parties here, worked at the last two. The aftermath has been nothing, not even any spilled coffee or pop. That's because tea partiers are the quiet thinking types that have jobs, families and lives to protect. They won't recklessly endanger those things until they're more scared and pissed off by what they see happening than they are of the consequences of resisting. We'd all better hope like hell we turn this crap around before many of em hit that point though, cause I have a feeling when THEY start popping off each one will make a pretty good dent. A burning tire or a smashed store window won't even compare to a rational capable person pushed to the point where he or she just doesn't care any more. So right now I'm actually kind of optimistic. As long as tea partiers hang around to clean up the park after the party, we're in the green or amber zone. |
