Ok guys I give you my first dinner pic submission.  Wife is out of town so I decided to have some fun.  Dinner tonight was a grilled 12oz Delmonico steak with a side of broccoli and some rice I had leftover with a Yuengling Bock to wash it all down.  Also in pic are Remington made Model 1903 and SA GI 1911.  Enjoy guys.  I did.

No combat knife, but did someone actually suggest ketchup on a steak? Add whatever that poster deducted to my score, and then kick 'em in the kneecap.

I will admit I don't know the difference between different cuts of steak other than flank is cheap and sirloin is better. I do know that all of it is really tasty with A1. Im gonna be around for a long time so you may as well learn to love me now.

A1? ok I'll give you that it's not bad, but on good steaks it's not required, but Ketchup? Heathenry.

A1 is for chicken tenders and over done hamburgers and steak. No good steak needs any A1 or anything else.

OMG! You have a cold beer bottle on that wood table?  That's a deduction right there. I bet you wear white after Labor Day! Steak looks a little over cooked. That adds to a 8.  How to tell if a steak is over cooked? You just cripple the beast and  run it by you. WJ
