Dutch Double Salted Licorice.

They call them Zouts.....

they are black Diamonds..

Either Soft ones about 3 inches long.

Or little bitty hard ones about 1/4 inch that will knock your socks off!!!

Edited to say that the translation of Zouts is litterally ....SALTS!!

Do you want a truthful answer, or one that just makes you go 'What the f...?'

Either way, I'm not likely to answer because I"m pretty indifferent to most salty snacks. So I'll say that I like to eat beef boullion cubes just for the hell of it. They taste better than salt tablets and are just as useful on a hot day when you're sweating like a pig, plus they give you funky breath which is a plus.

Sunflower seeds (The plain salted kind). They go great with beer too!! Pistachio nuts as well.

Speaking of sunflower seeds...Do you guys spit out the hulls?

I like to eat the whole thing. I could never figure out why people sit there and waste all that time sucking out the seed and spitting. They taste good, don't they?
