To make things quick basically I got these X4 for Free.99!

http://www.americanmuscle.com/nitto-nt555-245-45-17.html

even better they are almost brand new! story,

Basically I'm 20 got school bills and can't decide what I want to do for a living. I tried Mechanical engineering for a semester, I'm already ASE certified in a couple areas, and I've always wanted to do military. So instead of sitting on my ass while I figure out what I want to do I got job at a tire shop. Now I have nearly an endless supply of  15in 16in tires with 50% plus tread that people are basically giving away. Today the said tires above came in and I asked the owner probably 4 times if he was sure he didn't want them. I couldn't believe he didn't. I'm going to be building a Race/Drift car soon (Mazda RX7 FC or FD) and having a supply of tires is fucking awesome!

now I just need a job that gives free wheels!

So post your jobs with perks!

Another one I had (hated thought) was a auto parts salesman. If someone brought in a set of tools with one broken socket or something we would replace the entire set through warranty and throw out the rest. I wasn't having that, I would take all the unbroken tools home which I now use in the shop!

Btw, to any drift bashing you can consider my response FUCK YOU! I'm not going to respond to that right now I just want to here about jobs with perks.

I had a summer job in High School where I could spend all my breaks picking over the best raspberry patches in the county.

My first job when I was in high school was for a Porsche wrecking yard.  My boss used to let me take his '73 911 Targa when I had a hot date.

I would post, but it would just seem like bragging.  So this is not a post.

I get free cable with all of the channels, free cable modem, and almost free phone service, that is a pretty good perk. Regular price would be almost $200 a month.

Got any BFG All terrains 33x10.5-15?

I am a home automation/AV tech. Pretty much every electronic item in my home was either free or very heavily discounted.

Recently wound up with a pair of 50in plasma TVs for the effort of hauling them off.

I've never had any decent perks at a job.

A good friend of mine has a company car, they pay gas/insurance/ and expenses.

Also they pay for his cell phone and personal internet at his house and he can work at home whenever he wants.

That on top of a decent salary.

I think its pretty cool wish I had it.

I get to write off firearms training, ammo, and some of my gun purchases. I also get paid to teach or attend firearm classes where the ammo doesn't cost me anything.

Good enough perk?

I shoot free ammo
I have a take home vehicle.
I do not get tickets.
Sometimes restaurants charge me half price for my food. (Always prepared to pay full price and tip well)
Sometimes stores will not take any money for coffee or soda. (Again always prepared to pay full price.)

Well I didn't mean to brag, but if I didn't take them someone would, and they would probably be reselling them as used tires. We have people who show up daily and fuck up all of our perfectly laced tire piles to get the ones good enough to resell. Besides it's like I'm going green by recycling, then melting the ice caps buy burning them till they are bald (that's what she said) so they cancel each other out. Basically it never happened.

I had pretty much 0 supervision. I got the work done, managment stayed off my ass. Of course, on the flip side, I had to deal with 140* temps, dangerous chemicals, propellant fires and the terminally stupid. If I busted ass, I could knock out pretty much everything in 4 or 5 hours. Though some days, I wouldn't even SEE a water cooler for 6 or 7 hours-nevermind actually getting anything to drink.

I think you mean totally awesome targets! I guess it's the way you look at it. I'm pretty sure you could find something useful to do with tile besides using them for floors.

My dad managed a G.C.Murphy store (like the old time Woolworth's) where I worked occasionally.

It had a snack bar with a real soda fountain, candy counter and fresh peanut roaster.

Yeh, I liked hanging around after closing.

I live in a house provided by my employer at no charge to me.

I drive a vehicle purchased at my request which is owned and paid for by my employer.

My employer pays for my tools, continuing education / training, and anything else I need to do my job.

My employer paid for this computer for me.

The downside.

From 1999 to 2009 I did not get a raise on one of the two jobs I work for my employer.

I am required to live on site.  I am on call 24/7 365 days a year.  I get no vacation days unless business is slow that day, or I arrange for the owner of the company to cover for me.  If it is slow, I can take my family some where close by as long as I take my equipment (I am still on call after all), and I return when called.  This means my wife drives herself and the children, and I drive separate so I can leave and not spoil their day.  I am salaried, and average just over 100 hours a week, and I have 25 years experience here.

I am at work now, waiting for a machine to finish to I can start it again, and after doing this about 12:15AM tomorrow, will need to do it again about 3AM.  Work started about 8:30 Am today, and I left work at 3:30 AM this morning.  Not an unusual schedule, and today it will be the same.

Another downside, I usually have no idea what day it is, but it does not matter since every day is a work day.

But the upside, last year I purchased a house for my family with cash.  Saving and investing what we would paid in rent for 20 years made it possible, and in 4 months my 2 years notice for separating from the company is up.

I don't make a huge amount of money considering the hours I work, but I also have very few expenses, and we are very frugal.

worked a superintendent for a home builder.  Truck, gas and cell phone were paid for.  The best part is all the left over building material that gets hauled off from each job, you can pick through and know when they are coming to haul it.  Built a sunroom and finished my basement in my last house with almost exclusively left over material.  Tile, lumber, cabinets, sheetrock, light fixtures, etc...  My newest is an electric fireplace that had a ding in it.  I am putting it in the master.

Also picking up the scrap copper wire after the electrician is finished.  Picked up with permission from the electrician, and only after he was completed wiring.  Not much per house, but do 3 houses a month and it adds up pretty quick.

I get to drive around quarter-million dollar robots and blow things up for fun....er..."training".

I get to travel a lot and am issued an M107 Barrett, an M4, and a crew served weapon.  At random times my boss comes up and asks people if they feel like going to NY/DC/Prague/anywhere in the world...tomorrow.

Every day is an exhaustive regimine of people trying to teach me how to make explosives and to both build or defeat IED's. I play a lot of fooseball too.

The perks are almost endless at my job. I love it.
