While reading the thread about the Kansas-Nebraska Act http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=1&f=5&t=1018303 ... wouldn't the 13th Amendment be grounds to dismiss HC?

Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a
punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted,
shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their
jurisdiction.
Section 2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article
by appropriate legislation.

What (I think) is happening here is that the tax paying class is being coerced into slavery to benefit another class through taxation. Maybe I'm making a hell of a stretch here but It sure seems to make sense to me.

What say the hive?

I'll stick with the 10th:

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

Edit: Bolded to make it clearer for some of you out there.

working people have been enslaved to the government for a very long time thru taxes,
I DO feel the mandate to buy insurance for the simple fact your breathing will prove to be unconstitional

the MASS of our Government will collapse, with in a generation or it will enslave all people but the few minority ruling classes until
a "french:" revolution happens
