proper bacon should be chewy.

It should flex without breaking, but not be limp like a noodle.

My best method is low heat on a skillet with a bacon press.

I cant really recall ever having BAD bacon, cept this one time a gf tried to pass off turkey bacon ....as if I wouldn't be able to tell the difference.
I don't miss her one damn bit.
