There is a shitload of repeated (like a linespace) in your sig.

I'd try to highlight everything, and hit delete.

Another Afrcom GD answer.

Rub it and the swelling will down.

On a more serious note, go to your account to edit the sig line. Put the cursor in the box and hold down the delete button for a while to see it it will help. You can accidentally make extra space in a post by running the cursor past the end of what you have typed.
