Maybe a stupid question, but let's say that the Obamacare nightmare slithers its way through Reid and LEPERlosi's crooked hands and passes.
Would it be possible that a selected attorney could file a class action suit on behalf of every citizen in America? I mean could you imagine a guy dropping a lawsuit on the Kenyan's desk stating he is being sued in court by 300 million Americans.
I like the idea...but would something even close to this be feasible? |

Nope - sovereign immunity and presidential immunity. However, I will use this as an opportunity to tout my dream of providing voters remedies against their elected similar to those that shareholders have against corporate officers etc. for misappropriations and breaches of duties. Would probably also never happen, because it would require legislators to intentionally put themselves on the hook to be responsible, but it's a nice fantasy. |
I love the jerky boys!!! My favorite guy is Frank Rizzo....Love the "Roofing" phone call. |

I don't think sitting Presidents can be sued. OK. Then could Pelosi or Reid be sued?Just wondering what kind of damning recourse could be made if this travesty becomes law. No. The solution to a travesty becoming law is to vote in people who will reverse the law in question. |
