Been using DVD Shrink 3.2 to compress some of my bigger DVDs onto a standard blank but more and more it fails to get past some of the modern encryption / copy prevention stuff.

The last release of DVD Decrypter (ver. 3.5.4.0, before the author got sued and had to give up the domain) takes care of the popular copy protection schemes.  You can still find it around if you look for it.
