Twice Baked Potato Casserole
Bake the potatoes and scoop out the center. add the following (sorry no measurements, I don't measure) butter/margerine sourcream cheese crumbled BACON diced green onions milk If you cant to get fancy you can put the skins on the bottom of the casserole pan you can serve immediately or stick it in the fridge and then warm in the oven at 350 |

Twice baked potatoes are great, but I make them up individually not as a casserole. I also very much enjoy pasta as a side dish. That's what I miss about the great steak houses in Omaha. They'd all serve your steak with a side of spaghetti or mostacciolli. HH |
