| I am new to the ipod and such. Very much a technophobe! I ordered a song the other day and it would not play. The little pop-up thing said that i needed to try ordering it again, which i did. After this i still didn't have a playable song and itunes had charged me twice for the non-existent song. I tried to go to the file a problem page and nothing happened. Any help on this would be appreciated. I'm probably just out the two bucks, but i want the song! Slaid Cleaves: "tumbleweed stew". Thanks. |
