Hope some of you young guys can help this old fart out. I upgraded to windows 7 and IE8. When I click on Arfcom to look at the list of topics the window is full scree size, when I click a topic the new window opens in a half screen and I have to manually resize it to see it. I read until my eyes hurt and tried a few things to no avail, anyone got ideas.

Frankly I'm not real sure. I looked into IE8 and did not find a specific setting. "Internet Options">Appearance>Settings>Default Settings, might change the behavior of the windows. You really need to use Firefox to do your surfing. It's much better than Internet Explorer. http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/upgrade.html If you decide to upgrade, I'll volunteer my services via IM or email to help you get used to it. ZM |
