I've been trying to renew my membership for a week (which is now expired ) now through the online store, but every time I try to submit my order, I recieve the following message:
Transaction Failed :: Transaction Error - Please Try Again in 5 Minutes I've tried clearing my cache, waiting 5 minutes, as well as using different credit cards. I have even swapped Firefox for IE, and nothing works. Little help? |

We had a problem with our credit card gateway today. Of course, we weren't informed of the issue by the company, so we weren't sure what the problem was until late afternoon. The issue has now been resolved, and anyone that has tried to process an order and got this error today can now go ahead and place your order.
