I just got my first AR-15 A'm so excited just want to show it off Can't figure out how to post a Pic on the forum. |

VN69 First, copy your camera pic onto your hard drive & remember where you left it. Then you've got to get your pics onto a website. Take a look at www.ehomebook.com . Its free. Read their short tutorial, on how it works. Once your pic's on the web, put your mouse on it & right click. Hit the "properties" bar and then highlight & copy the url of the pic. It should look like my seconed post But with the in front of the url and at the end of the url. look at the "board code" under the posting text box. That will tell you how to put the pic in your post. it should look something like this http://www.ehomebook.com/DSC00003.jpg but without the spaces inside the []. |

My pic is saved on the website you suggested but now I am lost. When I right mouse click on the saved pic at the website, it opens a window to properties that I open and then I can read the url address but from that point I cannot find a way to copy it? Any suggestions from here would greatly be appreciated. |

VN69 When you are in your picture post place the mouse pointer on the pic. Press the right mouse button to pull up the properties box. Push and hold the left mouse button and run it over the url be shure to high light the complete url. After the url is high lighted place the mouse pointer on the url push the right mouse button and a drop down will come up. Point the mouse pointer at copy and push the left mouse button. Then go to the AR15 forum where you want to place the pic in a reply or new topic. Press the right mouse button. Place the mouse pointer on paste and press the left mouse button. Add the in front of the url and add behind the url but don't use any spaces and you should have it!! Good luck. |
