cant seem to get pics to replace team logo ps not major coumptor goo roo help

Not sure where to start.....
What size is the JPG or GIF you want to load? Avatars are 80 X 60 pixels. I don't know if things have changed, but not too long ago, if they were much bigger than that they wouldn't load.
