I went into the store and got to the page where I clicked "Use this address", but there's no button to continue checkout or anything like that. How do I get past the address page?

Once you select the shipping address and billing address it will take you to the payment page.

Thanks GB. My problem was in getting the "Use this address" button to work. All set now.
