[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Refresh issues

There is a issue where if a regular refresh is done it acts like a shift+refresh. It happens in both FireFox and IceDragon. Using Chrome and Edge it doesn't happen.

ETA: This only happens when viewing a thread not in a main forum.
