Go to my Bio and have checked with system and verified my correct email....but everytime I try to do password recovery or log in on mobile device it tells me invalid email. what gives.

Have had same issue for about a year,webmaster tried to help but gave up.Ive seen other post about it,no fix....

well if they cant fix the problem....and I have sent an IM to admin with no answer....then why should I keep paying to renew my membership.

edit I can reset passwords but that doesn't sound like that is the problem
