I viewed my Excel file as a webpage and clicked "View Page Source".
What should I be copying and pasting into my post so it will show as a spreadsheet?

Odds are that you will end up with formatting issues anyway.
You can screen shot and post as an image or link to dropbox, google docs, etc.

I got it. My first mistake was not hitting "submit" when I changed my preferences to wizzy.
It didn't get any easier after that.
If you "view as webpage", just copy and paste from there.
