[ARCHIVED THREAD] - How to post spread sheet

So I made a decent sized spread sheet
Is there away to post it, and still keep the alignment?
I know can screen shot it and post it that way.
But I know I am going to have come back and do some editing to it once I post it

So what is the best way to do this?
