Was going to ask this same issue but thanks OP for posting this. I get the same issue here and am paid team membership here. We're having to wait much longer than 3-sec in between searches. Whats going on, any Site techie staff, anyone care to chime in? |

Seems like my same issue went away after I renewed my soon-to-expire membership - could this be the cause? I notice it started when I had 30 days left on membership but unsure since OP's membership doesn't expire until Aug 2014 but mine exp April 2014.
Edit to add - also, @OP, try clearing your browser cache and see what happens. |

I noticed it a week or so ago, looks like GB had to put in some flow control, sometimes I get the 20 second timer sometimes I don't. FYI- 1. Public search is limited to ONE SEARCH PER 60 SECONDS. 2. Public search is limited to SUBJECTS only. 3. Public search does not allow searching by author name. 4. Public search is unable to access GENERAL or HOMETOWN sections. 5. Public search is limited to the past 30 days and 50 results. 6. Public search has no sort or display options. |
