I got an e-mail that a new message had been posted to a thread I'd subscribed to. When I followed the link to read it the new post wasn't there. I tried refreshing/reloading the page and that didn't help, so I tried in a different browser that had never read the topic before and it still didn't show. The "topic list" page for the forum shows the last post as being the new one.
