I Recently go a popup message that my membership would expire in a month and to re-up soon. So I did, right then. My Problem is I was a gold member last year but because I lost my job I figured bronze this year would have to do. Next day I'm a bronze member.... I lost a month of gold membership for sure but did I also lose a month of total membership?

Your new membership should take over on the date the old one would have expired; i.e. if you purchased another one now it would extend you until Dec 30, 2011. I'm not sure about the downgrade. I guess the expirtion date is correct, but the immediate downgrade was my question I guess. not a big deal I don't really use any of the Gold Membership additions I don't think. I'll be upgrading to gold or better if and when I find work anyway.
