Is there a way to get it show that a persons feedback +/- Rating shows up under their screen name when they post?

I know some sites do a user feedback rating based on the quality of posts.

I think you're talking about their EE feedback, though.

I think both would be cool.

In it's existing format, no. With the new EE that is coming, yes.

Initial beta testing will begin within a month, but it's probably still a few months away from complete.
