The select file for upload is in the perfect spot to reflex click when trying to submit a thread or reply. Swapping the 2 so select file falls below submit reply would be awesome.

+1.  I've done that a few times now.  At the very least change it to a red/yellow that isn't part of the general color scheme for the site.  I have mine set to dark green and having a dark green button screams "POST" not add file.
