I don't drive a Toyota but I am dangerously close to pulling the trigger on the 39mm pelagos as a new daily driver. I am not super excited about the 21mm lugs but it wouldn't be the end of the world as it would live on the bracelet 90% of the time anyway. Does the watch dress up enough for business casual or smart casual attire? Does the darker titanium affect its versatility in regards to clothing? Any chance we see a 39mm pelagos with a date this year? Is there anything you wish Tudor had done differently or anything that you don't like about the watch? What kind of round count do you guys have on your pelagos/pelageese now?

I almost kinda wish it was a hair thinner but I'm not a small guy so it's fine. I have the 42 and I think the 39 is a bit smaller, a black 39 is high on my list to add eventually. What kind of round count do you guys have on your pelagos/pelageese now? I have ~2 years of near daily wear, a number of home repair project, too many desk dives to count, a few flights, a few job interviews, and about 5,000 rounds of pistol and rifle ammo. Plus some beers. Held up great, a few little marks and a few not so little ones but they add character. @Forlorn-Hope I like it. Tudor has all but ruined me for most other brands, honestly. |

Been in meetings past two days with the c-suite and PE folks. P39 works just fine. It’s subdued and classy but doesn’t “pop and flash” like the Subs, datejust, and the one Daytona that’s been in the room. Going to the P39 was a relief in the corporate setting as I am no longer the sales dude with a Rolex on. ETA: the Daytona dude is passing it around the table at breakfast. Lulz. Chad. |

Well, this thread certainly had an influence... went to the nearest Tudor Boutique last night, tried on the Pelagos, LHD, and 39. The 39 followed me home! What a beautiful watch. It wears so nice and light, it's like it's not even there. I do wish it had a date window but besides that it's perfect.  |
Overkill is underrated.
