Hi All,

Since I'm deep into the keto diet, I fry a lot of foods now.

Piss poor (read no kitchen fan) ventilation.. the dutch oven is getting old.

Any recommendations for a budget electrical fryer?

We have one of these....

Works great, but kind of small (2 fish filets, or 5-6 egg rolls).  It is also a lot to clean (we store oil in mason jars and clean after every use).....  

but it works as advertised, and we use the crap out of it.....  Ill be frying up a few pounds of fish tomorrow with it.

I wanted the high dollar T-Fal but went with the cheaper Presto, plus it had a lot of good reviews. It does the job.
