| last night i wanted to try something different. got out a few smaller potatoes from a new bag, stuck them in the microwave until mostly softened, about five minutes, and crushed them slightly. i left them whole, just mushed. i then deep fried them at 375 deg. until crunchy around the edges. done right, it's a game changer. try it. |
