I splurged over the Christmas holiday and bought myself a GelPro mat for my kitchen.
I LOVE this thing. Makes washing dishes not as bad from all the standing on tile.

My MIL got a couple of those this summer. She gardens and cans/ freezes/ preserves a LOT. They really are nice.

I looked online at their "sale/Closeout" section. That's one place where they are affordable on a budget.
